Understanding IBJJF’s Competition Management System

How can I find myself in the bracket?
Once brackets are posted, you will see that many divisions have multiple brackets. If your name is not on the first bracket, you can click in a “show all” button on the right side of the page and all the brackets from the same division will appear on the same page. You will just scroll down and find out which bracket has your position.
Once I find myself in the bracket, what other information can I get from the bracket?
The red letters inform you the day you will be competing, the mat area that you will be in and also the approximate start time of your fight.
Note that the time is updated as the tournament runs and the system give you’re an approximate idea of what time will be your next fight. The intent of this feature is to help you have a perfect warm up and be ready once its time for your match.
Note that you are required to be inside the warm up area one hour prior to the schedule time. We want to make sure that you do not miss your fight or do not rush to your match.

If your name is listed on the check-in screen, located inside the warm up area, you must report to the check-in table.
How can I use the order of fights to better plan my competition day?
I can rely on the order of fights to the update of my matches. The order of fights is updated every five minutes with the estimated time that each match will happen.
Checking the order of fights you will know when to find which mat you are going to compete and the appointed ring coordinator.
